It is important that you read and understand STF’s terms and conditions. As you complete your booking, you accept these terms and conditions and the booking amount will be charged to your card if you booked online, or by invoice if you booked directly through the hostel.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?
Responsible organizer Svea Äventyr AB that run Kolarbyn Eco-Lodge, Rödhakevägen 44, 734 38 Hallstahammar. Organization number 556893-5638.
WHEN IS THE GUEST’S BOOKING BINDING?
The reservation applies to both the hostel as the guest as soon as the hostel have confirmed the booking to the guest.
WHEN SHOULD YOU PAY?
If the guest book online at the website, payment is made directly on the website through the hostel booking system.
If the guest booked directly through the hostel we will send an invoice by e-mail, payment of the booking have to be done before the due date.
WHAT IF THE GUEST DOES NOT PAY IN TIME?
The hostel will not send a reminder of an unpaid invoice. The reservation will be canceled if no payment is made before the due date on the confirmation.
Late payment after the due date, penalty interest and a reminder fee will then be sent to you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GUEST WANTS TO CANCEL / REBOOK?
Guests can cancel verbally or in writing to the hostel by phone +46704007053 or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that your cancellation is not valid until you have received written confirmation from the hostel. If you have booked online you also have to cancel the booking online!
Gift cards and related
Gift cards and the similar you can not cancel or possible to change which means that the hostel will retain 100% of the price of the booking.
Accommodation, other events, packages and activities at regular price
General conditions for accommodation (room and beds) and activities:
• canceled later than later than 7 days (168 hours) or later than 18.00 the day before arrival, Kolarbyn will keep 100% of the price of the booking. If you cancel your booking earlier then 7 days you will get the full amount back.
Accommodation, other events, packages and activities at discounted prices as well as campaigns and promotions
Discounted reservations, bookings made at a special price and promotions are not usually able to cancel or change, this means that Kolarbyn keep 100% of the price of the reservation regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
THE HOSTEL OBLIGATIONS AND THE GUETS RIGHTS
As organizer, the hostel is obliged to ensure that:
• GUEST receives written confirmation of their booking.
• GUEST receive documents and other information in good time.
• GUEST informed of all significant changes concerning the guest’s booking.
• GUEST may use the room / bed from the time indicated in the confirmation at www.kolarbyn.se. Kolarbyn is not responsible for promises that third parties may have made directly to the guest and which not the hostel had been aware of. (always ask for a written confirmation).
WHAT’S GUEST OBLIGATIONS?
To book an make an agreement with the the hostel, the guest must be 18 years. If you book as a group, at least two people must be 18 years of age, unless a higher age limit is specified in information about the booking. Identification is required upon arrival. The minimum age limit is a requirement for access to the accommodation. If the guest when accessing the accommodation does not meet the age limit cancellation rules apply.Guest must follow the rules and regulations which apply to accommodation, activities, etc. The guest are not allow to have more people to stay overnight in the room, than that reported in the reservation. All people should be stated at the time of booking.
If complaints about annoying behavior are reported to the hostel staff has the right to immediately evict the guest.
The guest is obliged to reimburse the facility for materials and equipment damage caused by careless behavior.
The guest is responsible for checking your booking confirmation as soon as you receive it. Any mistakes must be reported immediately. Promises by the booking staff that are of vital importance for the guest should be noted in confirmation to be Approve.
Guests should indicate at time of booking if any of the guests have any allergies so that the hostel can provide the right service.
