Kolarbyn Eco Lodge Opening Hours
Check-in:
Check-in time is between 2 pm. – 2.45 pm. During this time, we check you in and show you to your cabin. We recommend arriving as early as possible between from 2pm. to settle into your charcoal hut or lumberjack cottage and get comfortable before the tour begins. The Swedish tour usually starts at 3 pm., followed by the English tour at 3.45 pm.
Tour:
The guided tour led by our host is very important for both you and us. During this tour, we explain where everything is located and how things work at Kolarbyn, ensuring you have the best experience possible. All guests, regardless of age, are required to attend. If you arrive at, or after 3pm. you will need to attend the tour before you will be able to access your charcoal hur or lumberjack cottage.
Please note that we cannot offer check-ins after 4pm. as we have no staff on-site in the evening or night. The host will be available again the following morning from 10am . Check-out on the day of departure is by 11am. so we ask that you have completed breakfast, dishwashing, and other morning routines by then.
Check-out on the day of departure: no later than 11am.
Summer season: April to November, generally not available to check in Saturdays or Sundays.
Winter season: November, December, February, and March. From February to March, you can book as a group of more than 15 people or stay in our cozy Lumberjack cottage. Companies also frequently rent the entire Kolarbyn during this period.
